Senior Associate - Health

Description

• Work with teams to develop and refine client briefs, maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Deliver architectural design and documentation for complex Health & Science projects, ensuring outcomes are both functional and compelling.
• Manage the delivery of technical and design documentation aligned with quality, program and budget expectations.
• Continuously refine design responses in line with user needs, regulations and contemporary healthcare standards.
• Lead departmental planning activities and facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops.
• Partner with project leads to support design excellence and carry design intent throughout all project stages.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers and health planners to create purpose-built clinical environments.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, team development and mentoring where appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey design concepts visually
• Proven recent experience in health and hospital planning and design
• Proficiency in Revit and dRofus
• 8+ years post-graduate experience
