Assists and leads technicians in initial tasks/projects to give direction and ensure standards are followed, taking the lead on small pilot projects, innovative projects, responding to emergencies, and providing feedback to the supervisor.
Works with departments and vendors by collaborating to resolve lane issues.
Regularly reports project status, including risks and issues to management.
Ensures technicians adhere to established process and procedure established by the IT-Roadway department.
Reviews installations following the work performed by technicians to provide an update to the Supervisor, oversees software updates, equipment updates and the maintenance of other various devices.
