Support the invoice payment and invoice dispute resolution processes
Present out to leadership recommended actions of each process improvement project
Provide client support of various software applications to assist with requests and questions. Investigate and resolve customer, system, and technical issues in a timely manner
Support team through data entry, audit, and verification (Supplier onboarding, supplier qualification, supplier diversity functions, corporate card administration, data analytics and reporting, etc.)
Gather requirements for department KPI reporting and dashboard development
Participate in SRP site and supplier site tours/meetings to expand knowledge of the overall operation

The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
