  • Engage and manage third-party service providers to support project and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all reporting, job documentation, and control worksheets are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor services through effective use of the purchasing system to deliver on work schedules.
  • Scope work effectively to confirm all required materials, resources, and approvals are in place before commencement.
  • Coordinate and optimise fleet and logistics to support efficient work delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee field-based activities, ensuring all work meets time, cost, quality, and safety requirements for both planned and emergency situations.
  • Maximise the effective use of resources to meet scheduled targets and operational priorities.

  • Hands on experience in high and low voltage environments with solid grasp of industry standard operating policies and procedures for Underground Electrical distribution systems
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and planning package systems (preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of legal, financial, quality and risk management concepts and their application to field employees
  • Current Victorian Driver’s licence
  • Cable Jointing experience on legacy power networks highly desirable.
  • Civil experience working in VEDN environments.
  • Certificate III ESI – Power Systems (or equivalent) highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of safe working practices, OHS&E principles and Australian standards
