Project Support Administrator

Description

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers
• Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables
• Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements
• Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports
• Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system
• Support project managers in resource management and allocation

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - not essential
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
