Works collaboratively and utilizes HSE staff as a resource for strategic and tactical implementation of EHS processes and procedures
Assists the Operations Director or Project Director in contract negotiations
Responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and healthy construction site, ensuring that safe work systems are implemented as part of your job and for receiving IFW training
Ensures that all project staff receives appropriate training for EHS, Quality, TFS corporate processes, customer processes, and functional skills needed to perform their assigned duties
Attends monthly project status review (PSR) meetings with the Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, and Finance
Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation
Evaluates potential risk, establishes a risk register, implements mitigation plans, and monitors / manages on a regular basis
Leads the Project Kick-off Meeting and subsequent project planning meetings with the project resources
Supports the creation and maintenance of an Incident and Injury Free Workplace
Identifies problems and manages / documents changes and impacts on the project
Develops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the GC/CM, Owner, and their assigned representatives
Independent management of projects including daily activities, staffing, P&L, cash flow and reporting functions, as well as coordination with administrative functions at site, regional, and corporate offices
Responsible for accurately informing the Regional Manager - TFS of a project’s overall status, regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationship
Coordinates with the assigned Project Accountant TFS to ensure project is billed monthly
Supports Business Development Activities as required and in coordination with Marketing/Business Development Department

Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
Must have process piping or mechanical construction experience, preferably, for semiconductor or pharmaceutical facilities
Ability to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Ability to implement LEAN to support the project
OSHA 30 certification required
Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and project accounting principles
10+ years of experience in construction project management
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
