Act as Senior Cost Advisor on behalf of the client during bid development and throughout delivery.
Provide expert advice under NEC3 / NEC4 contracts, ensuring cost compliance and risk management.
Lead on cost planning, estimating, and financial performance monitoring.
Undertake detailed cost checking, benchmarking, and validation of contractor proposals.
Attend weekly site meetings in Worthing (2 days per week) to review progress, programme, and commercial matters.
Attend London office (2 days per week) for team collaboration, reporting, and bid development.
Prepare and manage cost reports, forecasts, and commercial assessments.
Support value engineering and cost optimisation during all stages.
Work closely with the client, contractor, design teams, and wider project stakeholders.
Lead commercial risk identification, tracking, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with NEC contract requirements.
