Success in this role requires a consultative approach; national account sales are built around asset management, capital planning, service consistency, and long‑term partnerships across entire portfolios rather than transactional deals. The Business Development Manager will prospect, develop, and expand multi‑site corporate accounts, present CentiMark’s roofing and flooring solutions, and lead the creation of Master Service Agreements.
The manager serves as the primary liaison between national‑account customers and CentiMark’s internal stakeholders, collaborating with local offices, service teams, project managers, and technical resources across the 100+ locations to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction. A disciplined sales pipeline is maintained in Salesforce, tracking long‑cycle roofing opportunities from outreach through proposal development and portfolio expansion.
The position offers a base salary plus commissions, bonus, car allowance, and benefits, with total annual earnings ranging from $70 k to $150 k. After establishing a national account to a defined scale, the account is transitioned to a National Account Manager while the Business Development Manager continues to support the client and earn commission for a set period.
