Responsible to design, develop, test and deploy software solutions across multiple disciplines (UI, API, Mobile, Firmware, etc.). Operates in an Agile software development team adhering to industry and company standards and architectures. Performs at a team level contributing technical knowledge, guiding development scope, and planning applied across multiple technology disciplines.
- Conduct full-stack design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of on-premises, cloud, hybrid, or firmware solutions across UI, IoT, API, mobile, and firmware disciplines
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders ranging from developers to architects to end‑users
- Perform hands‑on rapid prototyping and product development across software platforms
- Define, code, and apply automated tests within the pipeline release cycle
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Identify and document development standards
- Actively participate in feature and story creation in the product backlog
- Mentor, guide, and coach software developers across multiple disciplines and execution frameworks
- Continuously learn and apply industry best practices for modern software delivery
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project and product objectives

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required, though an associate degree with two years of relevant experience or five-plus years of professional experience is acceptable. Minimum qualifications include three years of software development experience, with at least one year in multiple disciplines such as UI, API, and mobile development.
- Software containerization, cloud services development, and virtualization environments
- Solid knowledge of algorithms, languages, data structures, scalability, and best practices in cloud/hybrid software and systems development
- Exhibit Agile principles and Scrum values in delivering increments
- Proficient in DevOps execution
- Working knowledge of multiple programming languages for cloud/edge/hybrid solutions
- Background in pattern design and experience with cloud‑based service infrastructure
- Familiarity with developing scalable domain‑specific languages and pipelines
- Knowledge of object‑oriented development patterns
- Analytical skills that aid in achieving product goals and quarterly outcomes
