

Third‑party real estate management firm overseeing multifamily, student, affordable, senior & build‑to‑rent properties.
The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for daily operations and financial functions, including rent delinquency management, cash‑flow optimization, and overseeing personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management when the manager is absent.
Candidates need at least a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is preferred) and 1‑2 years of housing‑industry experience, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
The role requires prolonged standing or sitting, frequent walking, lifting up to 25 lb, ladder use, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and in varied outdoor conditions.
Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour and includes a total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
