Architect/Project Designer - Civic

• Take direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creations
• Work on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design
• Participate in interviews, proposals and presentations
• Maintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standards
• Communicate with clients and consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Assist with processing and reviewing RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiously
• Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for civic project types

• Proficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365
• The willingness to occasionally travel, as there may be limited travel required
• 6+ years of professional architecture experience
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
