- Manage upkeep and maintenance of capital investments: equipment, vehicles, tools, service yard, and useable materials.
- Manage yard and warehouse to ensure compliance with company standards including maintaining clean and organized containers and shelves.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Petra’s Concrete and Small Projects Division regarding daily/weekly/monthly equipment maintenance and/or materials deliveries.
- Mobilize equipment and/or materials between project sites and the service
- Manage inventory of safety equipment and materials to facilitate safe working practices and
- Attend weekly safety meetings and consistently execute all safety policies and
- Manage organization and logistics of all materials to support functional and productive needs
- Coordinate and order repairs or replacement parts to ensure tools are operational and available for safe
- Conduct monthly quality control inspections, document findings, and provide reports to appropriate parties.
- Conduct weekly safety and yard inspections, document findings, and provide inspection reports to management.
- Oversee inventory quality and ensures accurate quality

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout a shift
- Ability to maneuver pull behind trailers

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Ability to utilize computers and software to complete assigned duties
