  • Review incident records and verify that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Encourage the proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performance.
  • Participate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
  • Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
  • Continuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project / site inspection reports.
  • Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public.
  • Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan
  • Ensure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
  • Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
