As a Production Supervisor you will supervise manufacturing operations of an assigned department, implementing strategies to achieve business results. You will work with leadership and employees to meet production and quality goals while maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
- Develop department leadership and employees through day-to-day coaching and constructive feedback.
- Foster continuous improvement by inspiring employees to problem solve within their work cell.
- Establish a culture of accountability by addressing counterproductive employee behaviors.
- Offer employees opportunities for job rotation, cross‑training, and personal development.
- Meet or exceed production schedules using optimal crewing and resource allocation daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain high‑quality processes, products, and services per company quality objectives.
- Ensure equipment produces products that meet specifications by working through leads and employees.

Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to hold others accountable. They have 3‑5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing and are proficient with ERP and Microsoft tools.
- Own a safe working environment, including timely accident investigations and immediate hazard rectification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive work attitude and ability to hold others accountable.
- 3–5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to work with manufacturing and office technology systems, including ERP and Microsoft programs.
