The engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating projects, developing engineering reports, plans, and specifications, and producing scaled drawings and proposals. Duties also include client communication, proposal coordination, marketing, presentations, and managing discipline‑related activities, as well as reviewing junior staff work and performing quality‑control, field, and construction‑site observations.
Successful candidates must hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree with at least seven years of relevant experience, be a licensed Professional Engineer in good standing, and understand applicable federal, state, and local codes. They should be proficient with production software, able to address challenging issues professionally, and have experience guiding junior staff on major or multiple moderate‑size projects while demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills.
