Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Ability to travel to project locations (including international locations) for site visits and meetings – anticipated 25% travel per year (at times may exceed 25% travel within a given time period)
Experience with guiding and mentoring junior staff desired
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required
PE License preferred (if not already earned, preferred to be able to get a PE license in the near-future)
8+ years of related experience desired, preferably with experience in federal DOD project design and knowledge of applicable UFCs.
