Plan, monitor, and control site activities to align with overall project schedules and milestones.
Track and manage site-level risks, issues, and changes, escalating where necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Support incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement of site safety practices.
Ensure all site activities comply with Health, Environment & Safety (HES) standards, regulations, and company policies and also in line with Principal Contractors.
Supervise and witness the offloading, handling, and installation of BESS equipment.
Provide guidance to contractors and site staff on HES practices, ensuring adherence to risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure proper implementation of the company’s training and competency requirements for site staff.
Support project managers in preparing progress reports, forecasts, and site-related documentation.
Coordinate resources (labour, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient project execution.
Work closely with the Customer’s BoP Contractor to ensure equipment is installed in line with our recommendations and Installation Manuals.
Monitor quality and implementation of all Quality Assurance documentation.

Proven experience in managing electrical installation projects, ideally in renewable energy or BESS.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of project management principles (scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting).
Relevant electrical installation qualifications (specific certifications to be confirmed per competency matrix).
Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in understanding project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera programmes).
Formal HES training/certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, SMSTS or equivalent).
Recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of health, environment, and safety regulations, with proven experience applying them in site CDM environments.
