- Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed, including requests for information (RFI) and scope change requests in liaison with the design team and client
- Interfacing with the design team to track and compile engineering progress information to assist EV analysis
- Support the Project Manager with project reporting as required.
- Assisting with tracking of Sub-contractor costs, reviewing invoices and monitoring payments
- Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
- Project coordination between other design disciplines, project management, and operational support teams.
- Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.
- Assist in monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule, including preparation of resource plans, basic project schedules, and review of project financial performance
- Support the Project Manager/Project Commercial Manager in coordinating project deliverables
- Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
- Support Project Manager/Commercial Manager with commercial tracking and monitoring for the project

- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
