  • Optimise performance by aligning orders, staffing, raw materials, and plant capability to consistently meet demand.

  • Deliver commercial impact through cost control, SAP compliance, contract support, and contribution to P&L outcomes.
  • Champion quality excellence by overseeing mix designs, trial approvals, and NATA-accredited testing with technical backing.

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in concrete operations or heavy industry.
  • Proven leadership in plant or project management.
  • Certifications in safety, concrete technology, or operations management highly regarded.
