Participate in project meetings and drive effective communication among stakeholders.
Serve as BMS Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Oversee design, configuration, and commissioning of BMS infrastructure, ensuring reliability and compliance.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including Construction and CQV vendors.
Act as technical lead for Siemens Desigo-based systems, optimizing performance and resolving complex issues.
Work closely with manufacturing, QA, and facilities teams to align BMS operations with business needs.
Maintain project schedules and documentation trackers, ensuring alignment with milestones.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of services and upgrades.
Lead and manage the full Building Management System (BMS) scope, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to define system architecture, specifications, control strategies, and operational sequences across all design phases.

Prior experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
Knowledge of GAMP software development lifecycle, ANSI/ISA-S88 & S95 standards, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
10+ years working with BMS automated control systems, ideally in Life Sciences/Pharma.
Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with BMS technologies, preferably ABB Cylon and Siemens Desigo CC.
Demonstrated experience managing BMS projects and vendors.
Proven experience leading medium-to-large engineering teams within BMS automation scope.
