- Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements.
- Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
- Assist in external agency interactions (OSHA Inspectors, OSHA Log Management) as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.
- Complete regular, standardized reports detailing project safety status and report to management.
- Provide LOTO support to the management team.
- Conduct LOTO audits, work with commissioning team
- Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
- Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed.
- Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety logs – file and track all site safety reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping (including injury/illness logs).
- Identify and mitigate gaps in Safety procedures.

- 5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety experience
- Must be able to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.
- Familiarity with incident investigation and root cause analysis methods.
- Prior experience coordinating with subcontractors and site leadership on large-scale builds.
- 5-10 years of LOTO experience in a construction setting.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator.
- LOTO and noise monitoring experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- OSHA 510 is mandatory.
- PSM experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required
