EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
FLEXIBLE: Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary
