✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
✅ Provide total operational control for the regional service department

✅ Deliver monthly revenue targets and identify opportunities for cost savings
✅ Ensure compliance with fire, health & safety, and environmental legislation
✅ Lead, support, and develop Client Managers and field operatives
✅ Manage response, repair, and maintenance schedules in line with SLAs/KPIs
✅ Oversee service works, performance reviews, and team development
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage our Fire & Security Service Department. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of regional service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
