Must possess Installer Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, work in all weather conditions, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required.

Valid driver’s license and able to operate company vehicle.
High School diploma or GED is required.
Understands all applicable industry standards for project and performs all tasks per standards and client requirements
Knowledge of fiber, and wireless communication systems.
Experience managing sub-contractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Have dependable transportation and a good driving record required.
Must be able dressing/lacing of cables.
High School Diploma or GED.
Understand all applicable industry standards for your assigned tasks
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Proactively resolves problems at the lowest level
Minimum 4-8 years Wireless experience.
Able to perform site surveys for installations is a plus
Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience.
Working in wireless MSC's, cell sites and Central Offices.
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
Current Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude is desired.
Candidates at the Technician level shall possess good communication skills as they will interact with customers daily. Must be computer literate and able to do close out packages in a timely manner. It will be the Technicians responsibility to track and report material and labor status to the Project Manager. The ability to train other members on the job is also required.
Fiber splicing and using OTDR is a plus
Understands OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies and follows them at all times
Experience with rooftop cellular builds is a plus.
OSHA trained a plus.
Ability to follow instructions, training and mentoring crews with a positive can-do attitude are necessities.
Must be able to terminate copper, coaxial cable, power cable.
Must possess leadership and mentoring skills.
Has the specific knowledge to perform all duties
Specific knowledge of A/C and D/C power, rectifiers, battery installs, must have DC power experience.
Experience provisioning equipment is a plus.
Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical card for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation is required.
