What You Bring

We are looking for IMPACT Makers; exceptional people who turn sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization. We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. Experience in language learning model projects/ capstone project dealing with language learning model. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Experience with cloud computing in the context of ML and AI. Programming expertise in languages such as SQL, R, etc. Willingness to learn a variety of skills and work on projects/assignments on multiple teams Completed a bachelor’s degree or higher program related to Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Development, Advanced Mathematics (Including but not limited to Statistics, Calculus, Algebra). Preferred graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026 (May or June). Program participants will be placed in Louisville, KY throughout the duration of the program. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Louisville if not already based there. A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a small group. Ability to speak and read English fluently A passion for learning and working with cutting-edge AI technology Fluent in Python Experience with optimization, time-series forecasting, and reinforcement learning. Experience with Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, etc.
