Requirements

The company is seeking a highly motivated, safety‑minded individual to work in an industrial manufacturing environment that operates two production shifts (first shift 4:45 AM‑3:00 PM and second shift 2:45 PM‑1:00 AM). The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, applying mechanical skills, and being part of a collaborative team.

As a machine operator, you will be trained to operate various machines that produce steel wire products and will need solid mechanical and analytical abilities. The position involves learning equipment functions, performing basic troubleshooting, and may be adjusted by management as needed.

Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; forklift experience is also preferred and certification training will be provided. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to complete simple forms, follow written instructions, and perform basic arithmetic. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be acceptable.
