

We're looking for a Principal+ experienced recruiter, who ideally has experience of starting, developing or establishing a market. The position is based in our NYC office, whether you are in New York or interested in relocating, we have a full WFH flex for individual contributors. As this position will be a build out, the requirement of business development is essential. Groundwork has already been laid & a number of existing client relationship are there to be leveraged, alongside collaborating across all clients in both Piper Maddox and Harper Harrison brand.

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Commission & Equity

Competitive base salary range of $70,000-120,000k (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped 50% commission, half year & full year bonus, override of 5% when building a team.
