Manage the full lifecycle of MEP systems from preconstruction through closeout, including design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and code requirements across all MEP trades.
Facilitate MEP commissioning and turnover processes with owners and consultants.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven expertise in large-scale, technically complex MEP systems including HVAC, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, and critical cooling infrastructure.
Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction management.
Familiarity with QA/QC processes, system turnover documentation, and commissioning protocols.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
7+ years of data center construction experience.
Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Office, BIM360, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
