Collaborate with PMO, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate dependencies, resources, and sequencing.
Provide leadership for all networking, voice, and video project execution, including lifecycle refreshes, data center migrations, M&A integrations, and compliance initiatives.
Lead his/her team (individual contributor and operations manager) to develop and execute to well defined and measure project schedules.
Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes, driving root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of project status, blockers, needs, dependencies and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Lead and grow a diverse global team with a strong emphasis on culture, performance, and engagement.

Lead regular periodic sessions with IT Infrastructure leaders from each of our three Value Centers to assess and prioritize efforts, both active and upcoming.

Curate and maintain an active and up-to-date project portfolio.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
Strong technical expertise across enterprise network domains including LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall management, segmentation, NAC, DNS/DHCP, SASE, and cloud networking (especially Azure).
Experience, ability and desire to in lead efforts to assess the available options in the market for hardware / software product selections with a goal toward optimizing investments to meet business needs; investing heavily in value-add differentiating technologies (WAF, Firewalls, high availability) while optimizing costs of commodity services (access/distribution switching, etc.) – ensuring interoperability and scalability throughout.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or associate degree with 8 years of well-rounded, relevant experience Further education via an M.B.A. is considered a plus.
Experience designing, building, operating and maintaining Azure network services in conjunction / extension to company on-premises network services.

Superior written and verbal communication, conflict-resolution, and consultative skills.
Excellent skills in creating clear, concise technical and support documentation.
Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) networking and segmentation in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Demonstrated success in supplier/vendor relationship management including SOW negotiation, contract execution, and license/support lifecycle oversight.
Proven experience as a Global Network Manager or Director within IT infrastructure and operations, leading globally distributed teams.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Microsoft Teams Telephony, CUCM, SolarWinds, and other relevant network and collaboration technologies.
Experience leading compliance efforts for network-related areas (e.g., CMMC, NIST).
Proven ability to translate complex network challenges into strategic, business-relevant solutions for global stakeholders.

Ability to convey complex technical ideas in user-friendly, business-relevant language.
