At least 2+ previous years of experience in a customer service/sales support role or operational/logistics role preferably within the building materials industry
Confident engaging with people both over the phone and in person, with the ability to influence and build strong rapport.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in providing a customer service experience that is second to none.
Ability to pick up, grasp and understand technical information, as you will be dealing with a wide range of questions relating to variety of product offerings.
Computer savvy with previous experience with Salesforce advantageous.
Your ability to confidently liaise with customers over phone, email and face to face with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
