The role involves supporting data‑center startups, leading mechanical, electrical, and control checks, and performing startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in industries such as food and beverage. You’ll partner with automation and controls engineers on‑site, communicate clearly with customers and project teams, and follow rotating travel schedules that can range from 5‑on/2‑off to 14‑on/7‑off.
We’re opening our 2026 hiring pipeline for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who love travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that actually knows your name. If you can laugh through flight delays, figure things out on the fly, and enjoy solving complex problems, this role could be a perfect fit.
Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals for the field and requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking. If you’re new to these areas, this role may not yet be the right fit.
You’ll travel across North America, tackling unique projects while earning travel rewards, per‑diem for meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization and weekend bonuses, and a starting salary of $60,000–$75,000. We invest in your growth with paid training, annual merit raises, a 5 % salary increase after six months, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life insurance, a matching 401(k), disability coverage, paid vacation and flexible time off after 18 months. Our people‑first culture means you’ll work with a supportive team where leaders have risen from the same ranks and every person is known by name.
