Manage developer-contributed assets and associated funding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and maintain construction work-in-progress reports, tracking project activity.
Support refund processing for contributed asset agreements (AIAC).
Own and manage capital additions, adjustments, and retirements in Oracle.
Analyze and report depreciation expenses monthly.
Participate in monthly close processes, including capitalized interest, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Prepare audit documentation and support regulatory reporting.
