- To assist the Technical Services Manager & Lead Shift Engineer to achieve and always maintain full statutory compliance
- To assist with any works requested by the technical services manager through to completion.
- To maintain stock levels and advise when orders need to be made
- Ensure client satisfaction and operational expectations
- To attend reactive calls with contractual SLA
- Complete all tasks, including paperwork/eLogbook’s, accurately and on time; always maintaining a high standard
- To ensure all logbooks/records are kept up to date
- To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people to work
- Assist and cover for the lead shift engineer when required
- To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
