The operative will perform a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering specialist and secondary trades while ensuring work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property inspections across multiple trades.
- Address leaks, condensation, damp and mould issues in residential properties.

Candidates must have experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, plus strong customer‑care skills. A valid UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, residence in England or Wales and a Basic Criminal Record Check are required.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus benefits such as a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Crawley, works 40 hours per week and is a permanent contract.
