The role provides support to project teams by applying a broad range of developing professional skills. Under general supervision, the incumbent performs basic design and technical tasks using standard techniques, while remaining eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute creatively.
Key responsibilities include modifying or creating implementation documents with standard architectural methods, performing routine architectural assignments, and collaborating with team members on design work. The position may involve attending on‑site visits, field reviews, client or project meetings, and assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, schedules, and documentation. Communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to integrate project requirements and participation in team meetings to address design and coordination issues are also expected, with occasional travel.
Candidates must hold an accredited professional degree in Architecture or a related field and typically have 0‑3 years of experience. They should be on the path to Architectural Registration, with sustainable design accreditation preferred, and possess basic skills in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, Navisworks, Dynamo, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the MS Office suite. A solid understanding of sustainability guidelines, materials, construction techniques, building codes, QA/QC processes, and the full project lifecycle through post‑occupancy is required, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
