Construction Superintendent

• Develop and manage project schedules
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships

The Project Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Commercial Construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

• High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, , and/or Microsoft Project
• Ideal candidates will have experience with Commercial, Industrial, Education, Municipal, Multifamily, Data Center, Mission Critical, or Healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
