  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure a safe workplace.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Safety Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate safety-related information effectively across diverse teams.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a safety coordinator or similar role.
  • This position requires 50% travel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour certification) is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass our motor vehicle report.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and health regulations. Experience in conducting safety training and presentations in multiple languages.
