Assist in development of proposals.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee the work of junior-level Architects and mentor other staff members as needed.
Responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.
Conduct technical reviews in support of our Quality Control program.
Interact with clients on a regular basis. Attend meetings with client/contractor related to architectural aspects. Present and sell design solutions at client meetings and public hearings.
Initiate design concepts, lead the development of construction documents, and carry a project through the construction administration process for multiple project types and sizes.

Strong rendering and graphic skills
Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals
Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
