The position involves overseeing all phases of a construction project, including contract setup, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and documentation. Collaboration with field teams ensures execution aligns with safety, quality, and schedule expectations, while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Elford is seeking Project Managers at varying levels of experience to support projects across multiple sectors. The role manages construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout, with scope and autonomy matched to experience. Project Managers partner closely with Superintendents, Estimating, Accounting, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Elford’s quality standards.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience, and typically bring 5–10+ years in the construction industry with progressive responsibility. Experience across multiple project types or market sectors is advantageous, and candidates may be considered at Project Manager I, II, or Senior levels.
