

Build and steward strong relationships with Nations, non-profits, municipalities, and public partners while acting as a project spokesperson and coordinating all project expectations, reporting requirements, budgets, schedules, and development documentation through to occupancy.
Assemble and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams while guiding design, approvals, cultural protocols, and municipal coordination to ensure projects balance affordability, constructability, community priorities, and regulatory compliance from concept through permits.
Lead feasibility, funding strategy, and early-stage planning for Nation-led and non-profit housing projects including policy review, density analysis, pro forma modelling, and identifying/ securing provincial, federal, and private funding streams.
A degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, Engineering or Business
Experience working with senior government funding programs for housing
3 to 5 years of experience in residential development and project delivery
