The Facilities Executive – Integrated Facilities Management (Corporate Solutions) will prioritize facility needs and work alongside the facilities manager and assistant manager to oversee daily property operations. This includes ensuring administrative functions, security, and facility services run smoothly while continuously improving processes.
The role also involves managing supply and service contracts, monitoring stock levels, and supporting emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity plans. The executive will handle health and safety issues, oversee the property budget, maintain petty cash, and ensure vendor invoice processes meet compliance standards.
Candidates should hold a degree in business or hotel/building management and have three to five years of facilities management experience, including knowledge of occupational safety. Proven team‑leadership abilities, the capacity to roll out improvement plans, and strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
