The Technical Sales Manager will work with the support of the Director - Sales Operations and in conjunction with Regional and Territory Sales Managers. The objective is to support, develop, and implement strategic plans for target customers within the Kansas, Colorado, Utah, California, and Washington territories. This role requires a thorough understanding of the industry and technical features of the product line, combined with strong sales skills, and involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.
The role also requires strong people and presentation skills, moderate travel, and a strong work ethic. Travel is expected at a minimum of 50% to engage with customers alongside the local salesforce.
