Support the site manager regarding electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment across various projects in the region.
Develop knowledge of engineering-based CAD software to complete drawings.
Guide and educate sub-contractors with installation best practices.
Coordinate with the construction and Procurement departments to identify the tools and consumables required for the site execution.
Preparation of work packages for the site installation teams.
Monitoring and reporting of site progress.
Manage and ensure that all project quality procedures applicable to design are being followed, this enables all aspects of the project to be achieved towards meeting design needs and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Be a technical project leader by taking full ownership of deliverables.
Analyze the specification and design drawings and other materials needed for the electrical installation as per the approved material submittals.
Responsible for following occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality.
Supporting the quality team with inspections, closing out snag points and eventual handover to the client.
Research, design, develop, and test electrical industrial control systems; create electrical design documents for parts, assemblies, and products.
Support the proposals department with input for upcoming projects and share previously learned lessons.

Ability to read, understand, and evaluate electrical schematics to identify errors or potential improvements.
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, and ePlan.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical design & installation practices in the Industrial automation domain, specifically in Baggage Handling or Material Handling Systems.
Fluent in English, Arabic, or other languages would be an advantage.
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage internal & external stakeholders, and good to have worked in multiple cultural areas.
