Collect and collate information for all CEO meetings.
Optimise the use of IT in delivering the above services.
Manage PA to Group Commercial Director (x1).
Implement and maintain procedures and processes to improve service delivery.
Manage Head Office reception team (x2).
Arrange overseas travel (US – Investor Roadshow and visits to our Spanish business).
Coordinate and draft CEO OMT and plc Board reports.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with the PLC Board, General Management Team/Operational Management Team members, and their PAs on an ongoing basis.
Book accommodation, meeting rooms, venues, and arrange hospitality as needed.
Review all correspondence, including emails; sort, prioritise, respond and file as necessary.
Maintain open and transparent communication with all internal and external customers.
Coordinate agendas and papers for GMT and OMT meetings using the Diligent Board Portal.
Foster good relationships across the wider Taylor Wimpey team.
