- Track attendance and maintain up-to-date team member records.
- Support onboarding and training schedules for new hires.
- Promote teamwork, positivity, and a supportive environment within Health Services.
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to team members and leadership.
- Foster meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members, reflecting Touchmark’s hospitality and Gold Standards.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Administer medications safely and accurately (for qualified Med Techs).
- Support residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Create, post, and maintain accurate team schedules in Dayforce.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage while minimizing overtime.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as certification tracking, supply ordering, and on-call coordination.

- Experience in scheduling, caregiving, or medication administration (CBRF certification preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Dayforce experience a plus).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
