As a Property Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador for NWMEA, guiding clients through their property investment journey. You will specialize in either off-plan projects or secondary market sales/leasing, helping investors and families find their dream properties in Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities.
- Negotiation: Facilitate professional negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve win-win outcomes while adhering to UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
- Drive Sales & Leasing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, specializing in high-demand areas like Yas Island, Al Reem Island, and Saadiyat Island.
- Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to leads generated by our marketing team (via Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and proactively generate self-sourced business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, new project launches, and mortgage regulations to serve as a trusted industry expert.
- Advisory & Consultation: Provide expert market analysis and investment advice to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
- Network Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors to build a robust portfolio of exclusive listings.

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
- Nationality: UAE National (Emirati) with valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
- Experience: Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome; 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain a Real Estate Broker License (training and support provided).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and digital communication tools.
