Independent UK commercial property management & building consultancy delivering nationwide specialist services.
You will produce high‑quality assessments that influence client design decisions, covering embodied carbon, operational energy, benchmarking and whole‑life modelling. This position offers a clear progression path into WLCA leadership, energy modelling, or BREEAM management as our decarbonisation work scales.
Key expectations include delivering robust technical analysis that enhances the accuracy and impact of WLCA outputs, providing reliable data and well‑structured models to project teams, and fostering a culture of quality, precision and continuous improvement in our technical sustainability workflows.
Candidates should have a grounding in the built environment—such as architecture, engineering, quantity surveying or sustainability—strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Exposure to WLCA, embodied‑carbon tools, material take‑offs or basic energy‑modelling concepts is essential, with additional familiarity with BREEAM or UK Net Zero standards considered advantageous.
