Project Manager

• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track with schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field staff, design partners, and owners
• Drive OAC meetings and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality assurance
• Build strong client and trade-partner relationships to support repeat business and regional growth

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% across the Southeast
• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, subcontractors, and project documentation
