As a Client Relations Manager you will coordinate business development efforts within LEO A DALY’s Engineering market sector. This position is responsible for initiating and maintaining extensive contacts with key potential clientele, industry representatives, organizations, and companies identified within the market’s strategic plan. You will drive results to exceed new‑business contract goals by overseeing public‑relations activities and proactively collaborating with the Engineering Senior Director, while promoting teamwork and leadership to acquire and retain client relationships.
Client Relations Managers must lead by example, assuming full responsibility for all business‑development activities in the Engineering market. Reporting to the Senior Director – Engineering, you will assist senior leadership and the marketing team in identifying personnel and resource needs, evaluating scope and scheduling requirements, and transitioning opportunities from pursuits to contracted work. The geographic focus is national, with particular emphasis on the South and Southeast United States.
