- Drive a strong safety culture on the shop floor and collaborate with the EHS team to address and coordinate safety initiatives.
- Perform shop floor quality control by conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specific standards, while maintaining records of component qualifications.
- Lead and update QMS system documents and records for the HGPR shop, ensuring compliance with repair processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, shop inspection procedures, and tooling in accordance with Siemens Energy Repair Network standards for all OEM and qualified frames.
- Prepare customer inspection reports and provide recommendations on repair scopes based on Siemens Energy repair categories.
- Promote efficiency by completing accurate, error-free work within set timelines, adhering to HR policies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads independently, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively under pressure.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with experience collaborating across multicultural and multinational teams, including US and German network shops.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and experienced in networking, negotiating, and influencing within diverse professional settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or repair shop environments, preferably in Gas Turbine Component Repair.
- Proficient in modern metrology, shop quality documentation development, engineering drawing interpretation, and critical-to-quality topics.
